Interviews by Caseworker consist of:

• Interview for parent asks information relevant to child’s past and current situation, parent’s perception of child’s situation, goals, needs, medical concerns if any.

• Interview for child outlines child’s perception of situation, goals, interests

• Interest Finder form filled out by child to assist in matching to a volunteer with similar interests
