EVENTS AND ACTIVITIES

ANNUAL EVENTS

Throughout the year Sidekicks is involved in many activities such as fund raising, group/family outings, community projects and activities for Juniors and Volunteers to do together. Sidekicks community partners provide us with opportunities for community involvement as well as support for our Sidekicks. Examples of regular Sidekicks events are:

• SIDEKICKS AWARENESS WEEK
• TIM HORTON COFFEE/CAMP DAY
• RAINMAKER RODEO PARADE
• HALLOWEEN PARTY
• CHRISTMAS PARTY

We are very grateful for the many businesses and service clubs who make possible these and other activities.

TRAINING AND INFORMATION

Sidekicks volunteers and families are also invited to participate in the various workshops and training sessions that are offered during the year. These workshops may be specifically about topics related to volunteering or may be about any topic of interest to the youth, volunteers or family members.

We publish a monthly Newsletter for our clients and volunteers which contains information about all of our upcoming sidekicks events.
